Storing used batteries

The box is an ex-can or baby milk can that has been carefully upcycled to look like a battery. It is closed by a grey-painted wooden lid.

The lid has a hole 16 mm in diameter through which you can insert the usual round used batteries (AA, AAA, etc.). For the rest, simply lift the lid!

Recycling recovers precious materials: every year, more than 33,000 tonnes of batteries are recycled, enabling more than 18,000 tonnes of metals to be reused and preserving natural resources.
