At Pulsaï, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. 

If you are not happy with a product, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return, in accordance with current legislation. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. 

However, personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a fault or an error on our part.
